Ability Plus Therapy is a pediatric rehabilitation center located in Melbourne, Florida. We are highly specialized in intensive suit therapy as well as traditional physical, occupational and speech therapies.
Ability Plus Therapy was founded by the parents of two children with cerebral palsy, together with a physical therapist who has dedicated her full career to treating children with disabilities. Together they have created a unique environment that is challenging and yet fun for children to excel, and where families can find direction and comfort for their life-long journey.
We work with advanced equipment to optimize the child’s advancement and success. Many pediatric clinics focus their treatment on functional activity training.
At Ability Plus Therapy, we believe that strength training is a very important component of rehabilitation as well, and have seen children make greater achievements in their overall function.
At Ability Plus Therapy, we understand that parent involvement is crucial to reaching the child’s fullest potential. Our dedicated, licensed and highly trained therapists work with each parent to tailor a unique and successful therapy program.
